Getting Started
Most clients begin their work with me by scheduling
a Career Exploration session. This session is 2 hours long
and is designed to get to the heart of your career challenges and come up with a workable plan to solve them. The Career
Exploration Session can be focused on finding a new job, identifying a new career direction, or anything other career
or job challenge you are facing.
During the session,we will work together to analyze what you are doing right, and what you need to change in order
to get where you want to go in your work life. We'll conclude with concrete suggestions for you to implement,
some on your own, and some that might be easier to accomplish with my continued professional assistance. As a
bonus, you'll receive a detailed written summary of your Career Exploration session within a few days of our

I offer a free 30 minute telephone session to help you get started toward solving your career challenges. The session is an opportunity for you to talk with a professional counselor and coach about what you want from your career or job and to get some initial feedback on what some solutions might be. It is also gives you the chance to experience my counseling style to see if I'm someone you'd like to have help you.
